Ardan Medspa and Salon was purchased by new ownership, and one of their first initiatives was to rebrand the existing website to match the look and feel of the salon, which features many white and gold colors and is situated in a wealthy Boston suburb. They tasked Incline Marketing to accomplish this. The current website was content-thin, with a picture of the storefront on the homepage and nothing else. The appointment system was not intuitive and required multiple emails between the customer and receptionist to schedule. Service pages lacked description and focused on products used instead of the Ardan experience. Overall, the website felt dark, difficult to use, and not "beautiful".
Incline Marketing conducted a full website redesign using a color scheme that matched the environment of Ardan. Using a fashionable header video and model photography, the new Ardan website showcased an atmosphere of a true luxury brand. By implementing a new online booking software on request of Incline Marketing, the appointment scheduling bottle neck issue was resolved. The new software included intuitive scheduling, text and email appointment reminders, and realistic time frames that were desired by consumers. All of the content on the site was rewritten to match the style of Ardan and communicate more effectively. Over 10,000 words of new, unique content were added to the home, service, and about pages.
Based on Incline Marketing’s approach, Ardan Medspa + Salon experienced superior results, although previous data for comparison is unavailable. Bounce rate for the new website sat at 47% one month post-launch, with an average time on site of over 1 minute. Overall, the look and feel of the website drastically improved, and the navigation for users became much easier. Due to their satisfaction, Ardan continues to employ Incline Marketing for website updates, as well as SEO, Email, and Pay-per-Click Advertising.
