Incline Marketing provides digital marketing solutions for multiple Integrated Counseling and Wellness franchise locations across the United States in the areas of SEO and Google Ads. This case study focuses on the Local SEO solution that Incline Marketing provides for the Integrated Counseling and Wellness franchise locations.
Integrated Counseling and Wellness (ICW) was a single-location counseling and wellness center when they contacted Incline Marketing for SEO services. At the time, ICW was contracted with another SEO company that provided sub-par reporting and communication of results to the client. Due to Incline Marketing's reputation with extensive reporting and superior results, the fit seemed natural. Months later, an opportunity arose for ICW to acquire 7 additional existing counseling clinics and franchise them under the ICW name. This would mean an integration of 7 websites onto one platform that could produce local map pack rankings in every location. The current locations had little to no current ranking history.
Incline Marketing began with a custom site rebuild that would function as a corporate website. Each location was given an optimized landing page specific to their geography, and extensive service pages were written with the help of local counselors. With the assistance of an existing owner who produced a counseling magazine, over 100,000 words of counseling-related content were added to the site during the launch phase. Local citations were built for each franchise location and their corresponding Google My Business accounts. Local backlinks were acquired, as well as national backlinks to boost the national power of the overall site. Content creation still continues, and backlink building has become a staple of their ranking factors.
Based on Incline Marketing’s approach, ICW experienced superior results. From February 2019 to Jamuary 2020, Incline Marketing delivered a total of 5,196 phone call leads and 14,361 clicks to the 7 Google My Business listings. This accounts for a 567% increase and a 476% increase year-over-year, respectively. As of the time of this writing, ICW ranks top 3 organically for all predetermined keywords in all geographies.
